"Would not recommend this place. We recently moved to Utah and I have always been with State Farm before this. I called two weeks ago (8/10) for a quote and to have my previous policy transferred over, I was told they would send me an email to keep updated and I never received this email. I called on Monday 8/21 as I never received the email and needed the quote asap since my previous policy was about to be canceled. The phone sounded like it was picked up then I was hung up on, I called back figuring the call may have dropped and it went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and my previous agent tried to contact them via phone and it did the same thing. They then tried to contact through their portal and again nothing. I waited a few days for a response and nothing, so my husband and I just decided to go with usaa instead. Really disappointed."
